Many unhappy customers here. I feel bad for the customers and Hanna Andersson when reading the negative reviews. Shopping should be fun, relaxing, and rewarding. As with anything I do in life, I strive to enjoy the moment or experience.

When Hanna cancels an item I order due to unavailability, I am disappointed but hopeful that I will score a cute purchase with them in the future. I have bought many, many loveable items from them. Oh! But I am no saint. I took off one star because the fabric on some pajamas is too thin to be "Hanna Andersson" quality. The missing star is solely for the quality of clothing.

Online returns take two months to process but I will not deduct star(s); Hanna refunds ALL my money for returns. Lastly, I have never had slow shipping. Even If I did, I wouldn't mind. Expectations influence experience. I don't expect my items fast. Hence, I will have an enjoyable shopping experience even with snail pace shipping.

Shopping with Hanna has given me many precious memories to cherish in this life. Mitch Albom wrote: "Every life has one true love snapshot." Mine is of my daughter in Hanna Christmas jammies. Some of our happiest moments are when she's in her Hannas: when she snuggles close to me in bed, when she hugs me, when the jammies hug her body on crisp mornings as we hurriedly walk to the bathroom, when I put them on her after her nightly showers, when she snuggles against her stuffed animal with a smile because she's warm and happy, and when I snuggle close to her in bed.

Hanna clothes are awesome. I have never had a customer service problem. Shipping is not fast but I don’t expect it to be fast so I’m not disappointed.

Hanna Andersson clothing may be outrageously priced but it NEVER wears out. The dresses, skirts, pj's, snow clothing and hats looked almost un worn, long after they had many uses and a gazillion washes. Their cotton tights were the only ones my incredibly texture fussy kid would wear without complaint. The leggins held up better than any other retailer. My daughter always descibed the snow suits as warm and light. So I would highly recommend their clothing, if you can afford the price point, and certainly if you plan on passing items down to the younger children in your family.
